What if I don’t like computers at all?
We cannot stress enough how easy it is to use our entry system. However, if you don’t have a computer or really don’t want to use one, we can still give you this service by taking your paperwork and dealing with it at our office.
What if I keep records manually or use a spreadsheet?
The short answer is don’t. They are time-wasting and inaccurate. They also make more work for us at the year end which makes it more costly for you.
What if I use an accounts software package?
If you are happy using your current software, that’s fine, we can take data from Sage and other bookkeeping software. However, it may be worth considering our online system before deciding which is best for your business.
Accounts software installed on a computer is usually designed to suit everybody, and usually doesn’t actually suit anybody. Our system is intuitive and is pre-configured for each client individually – that’s why you get such an uncluttered entry screen. And there is no software to install on your computer.
